Service Delivery Team
Message
Our Region is in flux. We
are struggling to hang on, tired of over committing, and ready for some help.
Today’s parents both work and volunteering at a school function may be
ok, but actually running the function seems out of reach.
Many, Many of our local units barely have enough people (some without
enough people) to fill a 4 person board.
We are looking for ideas that may help with that.
Trying to find ways to get people involved, if you have any ideas please
forward them onto the Service Delivery Team, we will compile them and send them
to EVERYONE.
The current service delivery team is committed to helping you.
We can pass on ideas, from you to others, or from others to you.
We can give you Information, Training and Support.
Currently our service delivery team has no leader, we are working
together to get the work done, but without a Region Director.
What that means is that we do
not currently have Voice or Vote at the State Board
Table. The Region Director is
technically part of the State Board.
We understand that very FEW people, without knowing what is required, would jump
at a chance to take that position.
We think if you are interested in possibly that position, AND/OR in helping
local units that you should join us on the Service Delivery Team.
You would be exposed to the PTA at a different Level, along with
information, and training to see a bigger picture of our region.
