The due date for Reflections entries to be received at the WSPTA office for councils and non-council local PTAs is January 24, 2020. (This is a "received by", not postmark, date.) IRS Form 1099-MISC must be sent to any independent contractor when a PTA has paid equal to or greater than $600 in the calendar year (January - December). IRS Form 1099-MISC with IRS Form 1096 sent to the IRS.
