Deadline Dates

2020-21 information coming soon. The theme is determined by National PTA, from student submissions. The due date for submitting a theme search entry is November 1, 2020. Entries are to be emailed to reflections@wastatepta.org or mailed to the WSPTA office. This is not a postmarked date.

Members are encouraged to submit new or amended resolutions for consideration by the members at the annual convention in May 2021.

Members are encouraged to nominate qualified candidates to serve on the WSPTA board of directors for the 2021-2023 term. Elections will take place at the annual convention in May 2021.

The IRS informational return (Form 990, 990-EZ or 990-N) is due. WSPTA is governed by the member-approved bylaws. Members are invited to submit recommendations for amendments to be voted on at the annual convention in May 2021.

For PTAs who use AIM insurance need to pay for their insurance by this date to avoid a lapse in coverage.
