We are kicking off the new PTA year and our transition to the new membership database with a contest!  Be one of the PTAs or Councils entered to win this month! The contest runs from July 1^st – July 31st. The following are the contest qualifications:

Local PTAs –

1. Login to givebacks and ensure that your PTA has all your officers for the 2024-25 year entered correctly.  At a minimum the president, secretary, and treasurer should be entered.  This can be completed/viewed by going to “compliance” and then “update officers”
2. Update your subdomain to your PTA name in lowercase.  This can be completed by going to “settings” and then “organization settings”  While you are in settings, double check that all the information for your PTA is correct.
3. Set up your Stripe account.  This can be completed by going to “financial management”, “stripe settings”, “setup stripe account”

Councils –

1. Complete the all the above items that local PTAs complete.
2. Help your local PTAs get set up.  Having 80% or more of your local PTAs complete the local PTA requirements, you will also be entered into the drawing for councils.

What is the prize?  A $75 gift card to Fred Meyer!  There will be one drawing per Area (A, B, C, D, E) for local PTAs and one drawing for Councils that qualify.

The membership committee is running a fun challenge this month.  Your challenge, if accepted, is to do the following:

1)  Have your PTA stripe account set up

2)  Have sold at least ONE membership online through givebacks

3)  Have at least 25 members entered in givebacks and a payment submitted to WSPTA for them

No application is required to be entered to win a $75 Fred Meyer gift card.  The challenge ends September 30th.

Every month between November and May there will be a drawing of platinum award winning PTAs.  Every eligible PTA that has a platinum growth award will be entered to win.  A platinum growth award is earned when a PTA has reached 20% growth from the prior year.  No application necessary

Our goal is to increase membership by 1897 members statewide in the month of February as National PTA was founded in 1897.   Every eligible PTA that enters and submits payment to WSPTA for 5 new members this month will be entered to win.  No application necessary.
