WSPTA 2023 Spring Conference General Information
Join us Saturday and Sunday, May 6-7, at the Hilton Bellevue for our in-person Spring Conference.
We are pleased to announce that space has been added and we will have limited onsite registration for Spring Conference available!
The onsite registration rate is $175.00 and we will only accept credit cards for payment. Please email Events@wastatepta.org with any questions. As always, a subsidized rate is available.
We will not have walk up registration available for the Sunday Awards Breakfast.
This Conference includes classes for new and veteran local and council PTA leaders. It will include interactive workshops, plenary sessions, and social events. You will want to check out our vendors to see the latest goods and services available for your PTA. There will be three special plenary sessions with presentations from Executive Director of National PTA Nathan Monell, 2023 Washington State Teacher of the Year Dana Mills, and special presentation from PTA Connected.
Code of Conduct
To provide a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free event, all attendees are expected to behave with decorum and civility. Incivility, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
COVID Protocols
All attendees at WSPTA events shall observe CDC and local public health guidance in place at the time of the event.
Attendees may choose to mask at any time, especially in areas with less than six feet of distance.
People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should not attend and WSPTA will issue a refund.
Additional COVID-19 Protocols will be dependent on the COVID-19 Community Level for King County, WA. WSPTA reserves the right to adapt the COVID protocol to changes in the community level, which can be checked at: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html
Photo Policy
By attending WSPTA Spring Conference, you grant the Washington State PTA the right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media and to distribute, broadcast, or otherwise disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from or any payment to you. Note: Parental consent is required to publish photographs that feature attendees under the age of 18.
