Using WSPTA Membership Envelopes
Washington State PTA has pre-printed envelopes available for purchase by local PTAs.  Many membership chairs find these envelopes very useful in their campaigns.  They can be used in several ways:

• First, write or rubber stamp the name of your PTA in the blank provided and add your membership rates.
  

• Send the envelopes home by Kid Mail with a membership flyer or brochure.

• Have the envelopes out on your membership table at every PTA and school event.

• Give each board member several envelopes to carry with them throughout the year.  They will be ready to enroll new members at any time!

• Give an envelope to each PTA member and ask him or her to sign up a friend, neighbor or relative.
