The WSPTA office will move to 949 Market Street, Suite 550, Tacoma WA 98402 as of December 1, 2024. 
Washington State PTA serves as the registered agent for many PTAs. Here’s what to do if this applies to your PTA:
Secretary of State – If the WSPTA office is your registered agent for the Secretary of State Charities Program or Secretary of State Corporation Division, you may update this information when you file your annual report.
You may also file a Designation of Registered Agent form for free. This may be the best option if your annual report is not due soon. This is handled on the same web portal as you file your annual report.
If it is more than 180 days until your annual report is due AND you need to update other information (in addition to the registered agent), such as governors, principal office, nature of business, etc., you may file an amended annual report online, during which you can update registered agent information. There is a $10 fee to file an amended report.
IRS – If the WSPTA office address is listed as your mailing address, it is your responsibility to notify the IRS of the change by filing a Statement of Change. This service is free of charge.
