PT Avenue Member Database Year End Complete
The PT Avenue membership database end of year process has been completed for all PTAs. Your account is ready for 2017-2018 membership.
Before Entering Members for 2017-2018
There are a few things your PTA should do before entering paid members for 2017-2018:
- Check your Board Roster: Are all elected 2017-2018 officers listed and are they listed as 2017-2018 officers?
- Check Helpers: Are these the people you want as PT Avenue Helpers (people with access to your account) for 2017-2018?
- On the Profile page, confirm the Dues Local Share is correct, the Membership Coordinator Email is current, the Website, Facebook Page, and Twitter Feed are correct, and the PTA Member Card Email Message (if any) is current.
- Update the ACH Info if your bank has changed. This is critical if you are allowing members to join online using https://www.pt-avenue.com/join/.
New Member Username & Password
All paid members use the same username and password (login) to access the password protected member benefits and discounts page on the WSPTA website. We change this username and password each year. The new login for 2017-2018 members is now included in the welcome email sent automatically from PT Avenue to every paid member. Members must not share the login or the discount codes with non-members or on social media. The 2016-2017 member username and password will expire October 31, 2017.
